Okay, I may be a little biased because he’s my nephew, but you can NOT tell me that this isn’t one of the cutest little 6-month-old babies you’ve ever seen!

Just a picture for you of two of your DANG CUTE grandkids. (Ryan with his cousin Colby.)

I love 6-month old babies. They’re just happy and content (most of them). And I love that they can’t crawl away from me yet.
Here are a few of my personal favorites from our session.

I love these people. They’ve been wonderful family friends for a few years now and they really are just the most down-to-earth, thoughtful people. Plus, they’re some of my best clients. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve photographed their kids. But obviously my camera loves them.

Fall photos are in full swing and the leaves right now are AMAZING! I’m keeping very busy for the next few weeks and I love it.
Here is one of those families that every time I see them I think, “Oh my gosh, I don’t think families get more beautiful than this!” I’m sure you’ll agree.

Luckily the weather got into the upper 60’s on Monday so we went to the local pumpkin patch. It was so much fun and the boys had a blast. Here are just a few photos from the day.
It’s amazing how a little boy well into his terrible twos can look so innocent in photos…

My cute Ry-Ry (who had just gotten a haircut). I don’t know why, but when he’s being a little pill he’s so much easier to tolerate when he has a cute haircut. Is that just really weird of me?:

I don’t know what it is about the composition of this next photo, but I just love it!

Kyler seriously has the funniest run. Too bad this isn’t a video:

And my favorite shot of the day…you know, when we first found out that our boys were only going to be 22 months apart I freaked out a little bit. When Kyler was born Ryan was barely even talking and I was pretty much dealing with two babies. But I think a higher power knew that these two needed each other as best buddies.

Every time I sit at my computer I think, “Oh, I need to update my blog!” and then I just never get around to it. Sorry. Besides still recovering from various illnesses and doing photo shoots, here’s what else we’ve been up to:
Making good use of Fall apples:

Decorating for the Holiday:

Writing Letters to Aunt Kellie, making ghost suckers and making a mess!

Enjoying chocolate milk cozied up on Mom and Dad’s bed while watching Kung Fu Panda (a new favorite at our house):

And needing hair cuts really bad, apparently.
Be back soon with some recent client sessions!
The random winners of the Shutterfly books are:
Kathy, who said, “I’d LOVE to make a shutterfly book for my parents with photos of their 4 grandkids in it. Perfect timing for their anniversary! Thanks Elisha!”
and Renee Travis, who said: “OOooo, winning this would give me a chance to do a book of our Dominica trip we took…3 years ago!”
Congratulations! I’ll email you each the codes to use for the book!
Hey, I’m working on some information for my next couple classes at BPS, and I need to know: If you own a digital SLR camera, what brand and model is it? For example, I own a Canon Rebel XT and a Canon 40D.
Please will you leave just a quick comment, telling me what you use? THANK YOU!
P.S. If you’ve already responded to this on my Facebook account, please don’t respond here too.
